Search tricks (one step at a time) #1

My fiance told me how much I'm good at searching stuff on the internet. Let me start sharing how my search is being done. First, you need to understand what your goal is. e.g., definition, research, planning. Let's start with something simple, definition. What can I say? Always start your definition searching by doing this, append "wiki" to your search ;). For example, civil war wiki, airplane wiki, airline wiki.... And 90% of the time, the first thing returns you is "civil war - wikipedia", "airplane - wikipedia", "airline - wikipedia". Let's see my assumption was correct by typing those terms on google, first link that pops up,

American Civil War - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Aircraft - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Airline - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

What else do you need when wikipedia gives you so much information about just a single object? :) Enjoy!
